And I also look at the Protect like and that is Flashing Any clue what it could be?

See if it powers on without going into protection. If it doesn't then connect the rca from the HU. Also check the speaker wire strands. Make sure they're not shorting out. When an amp clicks like that, it's usually caused from signal overload or lack of power.
