Friday, October 26, 2007 - 23:51 GMT they're good amps, power hungry though. Search on ebay, they're always "cheap" compared to other 4k amps

Monday, October 29, 2007 - 03:58 GMT ^^^^^ That's because their efficiency is so terrible that nobody without a ridiculous charging system can get 4kw from them

Monday, October 29, 2007 - 18:05 GMT " Well I have the charging system " I seriously doubt that. Do you really have 400+ amps of alternator? That's what those amps have been known to draw. And batteries do not give you more power. Power is supplied by the alternator.

Wednesday, October 31, 2007 - 18:41 GMT well M.S you're right lol! you need around 500A to get 4200w rms at 12V, but it would be a great amp if you run it at 2 ohms etc. Also depends the amount of batteries. IMo search the market, if the price is right then grab it
