I need to know how to change the clock on A JVC KD-S32 Radio can someone help???

Hey guys and gals i need to know how to change the clock on a JVC KD-S32 Ive been trying for a long time and i havent figured it out yet its frustrating and my clock is like 1 hr and a few minutes off so can some one please help me
