Heres how to fiberglass your door panels. Theres two ways. One is to use the stock grill and the other is making a mold.

if i was you i'd keep your door looking like the way it is. what if you want to sell your car later. you have enough space. also your components sounds nice. just get a decent set for the rear door and get your self a nice 4 channel amp. it will sound really clean.

you should ask chad to hook you up with the realm 4 channel amp.

no problem. If you want to angle your mids, then thats going to be something different. If you want it exactly the way you see it in the picture, than all you need are some speaker rings (made by me) and some duraglass and bodyfiller. If you wanna angle it, were going to need to wrap it up in some cloth and fiberglass it.

Do you think if i place two 6 1/2 in the front it would sound better?
Keep in mind i plan on running two 15 XXX.

it won't mean it will sound better.. sound quality wise would be the same as running one 6.5 per door.. the only plus is you can run double the power, double the surface area so it will be louder

It all depends on what kind of components and how much power you provide them. Theres sq comps and then theres loud comps. Chads focal comps were able to keep up when his system was running 5k to the btls, and they started to lack when he ran 8k to the btls. Go to Chads shop and ask them whats up. On that power, I'm thinking 3k, you'll need better comps than you have, but you don't need to run 2.

I like how mine sound but the music i play has a lot of mid bass. So i was think maybe if a added a second 6 1/2 i would get more sound out of it.

Buying a 3 way would be the cheapest IMO. If you added another 6 1/2, but only wanted it to play certain freqs (going active), you'll need another amp and a active crossover. Sell your comps and go with a 3 way. Sell your amp also and redo your entire front stage.

It really depends on how you want to do them. If you want them to aim each other, then all you really need is duraglass and a little bit of body filler. If you want to angle the speakers to your dome light (sun roof area) then you'll need wooden dowels, I'll make the speaker rings, some type of cloth to wrap it up, fiberglass resin, and some body filler. So just tell me what style you want to have your door pods.

I'm not really sure. It depends on how long it'll take for the duraglass to dry up. Then all you can do is sand it down real good, then add some body filler, sand again. Until your happy with the final product.
