how do i kno if my subs are clipping???and how do i fix it??? i have em tuned at the correct voltage but they were like bumping and like bumping wiht like a nasty sound like all the power couldnet get out...where should i set subsonic filter and frequencey

is your subs in a ported box if not then you should have subsonic turned off and are you using bass boost on your hu turn it off and set to flat also if you have bass boost and your sub shoule be good

Bass boost at the amp causes massive clipping, make sure that's off


Set the subsonic filter to a few hz lower than the tuning of your box




Some bass boost on the HU is ok, just don't push it at high volume.

if your subs sound weird at all, yeah, turn em down. that seriously KILLS subs...

okay, i think i understand it all, i have my subs tuneed to 50 hz.......and 38.6 volts.....what should my frequence hertz be set and and what should my Lpf hertz be set to??? should these all be at 50hz??

Set LPF to around 80-100 hz, whatever sounds best.

Turn it up until the bass starts to sound like it's coming from the back of the car instead of all over. Then turn it down a little.
