Tuesday, October 09, 2007 - 03:50 GMT Well, I FINALLYYYYY got some time to work on my sh!t. In case you forgot, this is a build for 2 of the new 15" Ascendant Audio Havocs. Here are some pics of what prgress I got done the past couple days working off and on. My garage Suck it Piecing together to see if I screwed up anything. My $40 Right-Angle Clamp Some construction progress This is where I stopped. My car is being tinted tomorow and I will be heading back up to school after that so this is how the box will look until Friday.

Sunday, October 14, 2007 - 18:07 GMT haha i wont pick on your for the cut outs. but you should have bought ring terminals from an auto part store they are better then the ones you buy online and pay more for. plus you dont have to wait on shipping. anyway glad to hear you like them so far.

Sunday, October 14, 2007 - 22:01 GMT looks good,& if ya build another box in the future there is a easier way to make the speaker circles use a nail and tie a string around it and then tie a pencil around the other end of the string and u got a perfect circle to cut on

Sunday, October 14, 2007 - 22:05 GMT Chris, he probably drew pretty good circles, it's not easy cutting a perfect circle with a jig saw, let alone a RotoZip.

Sunday, October 14, 2007 - 22:17 GMT i had perfect circles... i know the basic logic of compases... lol but the thing is its hard to cut with a jigsaw.... and my jigsaw broke so i rotozipped them... I dunno if you know what a rotozip is but tis basically a hand held drill with a rapidly spinning drill bit that is nearly impossible to make go in curve motions, it has a mind of its own! I was grippnig it and forcing it to cut circles with al my strength lol

Monday, October 15, 2007 - 16:18 GMT I use a large expandable compass for my holes. And it sounds odd to me that so many ppl have a hard time cutting good circles with a jigsaw. Are you guys using your left hands lol? So many ppl complain about how long it takes also. Seriously it may take me 90 seconds to cut an 18" hole. Just use a sharp blade. A ten pack of new blades is what, $15? Is 90 seconds really an eternity?

Thursday, October 18, 2007 - 00:54 GMT This is a little bit off topic but maybe you can give me your opinion. I noticed the AA and FI stickers. I'm actually debating between an 18" Havoc and an 18" BL. I'm going to be using a Elemental Designs NINe.1 (1200rms @ 1ohm). Which of those two would be louder? or just better overall...
