Try using a little bit bigger of size, or use the same one and push down harder so it doesn't slip(assuming it still has a little big of shape left). Or maybe a screw extractor?

like get a bit the size of the screw so it will like drill it and eat it away.

try spade connectors. i basically is an o ring that feed to the amp on one side and an open ended part on the other to stuff the wire it. ebay them.

how would the spade connectors work wit my situation tho? the power wire is 2gauge and the allen screw to the 12volt on the amp is the one that is stripped so dont quite understand how the spade connectors would work

I'd say impact driver but it would probably depend on how your terminals are set up. You wouldn't want to knock it off. I'd do what JAYM3S said though. I've had to cut slots in the case screws on my dirtbikes many times and it works great.

if its a stripped allen head. put a few drops of super glue in the head, put the allen driver in there, let it set up for a minute, then back it out. Retap the hole to the next oversize and install a new screw.
