One, Pioneer amplifiers arn't that great and are usually all overrated and two, if you were going to bridge that amplifier, you would have to wire it in Series (click link for diagram). http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=1&I=22 Personally, I think you would be much happier buying this and bridging it: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6527_Hifonics+ZXi+4006.html If you want to run your subwoofer into a 1ohm load, the closest amp I could find around your subwoofers Specs would be this: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_9927_Memphis+16-PR1.500.html Only issue with this amp is that you may overpower your sub, resulting in a blown VC or something else which is bad. I used to own a pair of Pioneer TS-W301R's and gave them both 50 Watts extra and still worked fine with out any problems. Not really sure if 100 extra watts would kill it or not but if it does, you can always buy two of these: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6808_Pioneer+TS-W251R.html |
