4 Type R Box Build (PICS)

Whats up guys? I'm doing this install for a friend with 4 type R's. The box was originally at 12cubes net but it has now been bumped up to 14ftcubed. It is tuned at 45hz. Way too high for my liking but thats what he wanted. His subs are in, but his wiring, alternator, and amp are on the way. Should be loud.

your one ugly looking motherfu<ker lol jk bud box looks pretty tight so what the subs are gonna be facing up? keep up the good work eww you look pretty sweaty but yeah it has been pretty hot out lately

yea, haha. the subs will be facing up. type r's would not be my first choice. i have a fi btl and i love it. i suggested 4 BLs but he already had a pair of alpine type rs so it was more economical.

yeah nevermind i just read your other thread and they should sound pretty good with 4000 watts

were putting the double baffel on in about an hour, the autotek is on backorder so i think hes switchin to rockford fosgate

Just ordered the RF t40001bd. Should be damn loud. What numbers should we expect? Any ranges you guys think?

he did 148.2 on a TL with some 2 15" kicker comps and 2 15" rockfords. they were mismatched and sounded horrible. however he did do 148

will sound like sh1t playing music of course but i expect high 140s in loudness ....
