teh kimora is vicious man. The injuries you're likely to suffer from an armbar heal much more smoothly than from a kimora. A friend of mine got his shoulder fu<ked up from teh kimora, he's having his second surgery next week.

Lol Pit.We'd be in the same weight class now :-) I told you I'd cut.I'm 5 11 and under 160 pounds after I take a piss.I'm probably 8 percent body fat right now,maybe 7.

I used to bodybuild and was at 200 pounds but I got tired of seeing all the guys on roids so...I lift a little bit and I'm cutting all my mass off.

how do you mean cutting your mass...losing body fat? I also work out and do some cardio on the treadmill time for me to loose some mass too LOL I was at 140 and now im at 163 at 5'5

I kno you were just messin its all good..honestly when I started I could only bench 55 pounds for a few reps and weighed 105 pounds ( I was 16) I had alot of obstacles since lifting but I always regrouped and came back stronger I always thought bout goin for a bench record since i have cerebral palsy (they have disabled class) and the record was within my grasp for my frame but that was years ago who knows where the record is now

your first 4 to 6 mos will be your greatest strength gains 9 mos starts a plateau usually. Eat right and chnge your routine up on ocassion to keep the muscles guessing and youll make great progress.

I'm cutting whatever body fat and letting my muscle waste.I don't want a big bulky look anymore.So I'm back to the very lean and define look.
