Gold Member Username: LoudonPost Number: 1555 Registered: Jun-04 | Me and Paul Larrea are pulling together to raise money for an elementary school in New London, CT ... as some of you might remember i raised money last spring and ended up getting over 100 dollars from this forum .. and i want to thank all of you guys for your support ... unfortunately these kids havent hit there goal yet of the 20,000 dollars they need for their gym... as a volunteer at the school I felt like it was the right thing to do to try and help them out by fundraising money... and my man Paul wants to help out anyway he can, and just so happens to have a brand new freshely reconed eclipse ti 12" paul will be on later to post pics of the sub. .. as alot of you im sure have seen his recone thread posted months before .. the sub is in perfect condition and with the new price jump of tc sounds .. these subs are going for alot of money ... and are powerhouses in the sql dept ... tickets are going to be 5 dollars ... donations are also welcome ... any questions shout me a holler on aim at Mikee816 or send email me at binny816 @ yahoo.com thanks guys} |

After thinking it over it has been decided that a free give away doesn't help anyone so this SQ legend will go in the form of a raffle to help a good cause. Every little bit helps so if you win or not you'll sleep better at night lol. Dual 4ohm 750wrms rated capacity. It can take more I'm told. Surround recently replaced as Mike stated. This sub was listed at $800 new and would be a fantastic prize for the cost of a ticket. Not to mention for a good cause. Gold Member Username: LoudonPost Number: 1621 Registered: Jun-04 | alright guys i just got off the phone with the director of fund raising at the school ... private school ... ne ways they are almost at the 20k level ... with 16,000 dollars and some change this forum has done upwards of 120 dollars that i have forwarded too the school ... ideally i would love to get to the 200 dollar mark but i know that is a long shot ... i know alot of you bought tickets and i want to thank you very much ... if you guys can find any amount of money to try and hit the 200 dollar range .. even if its a dollar ... that would be fantastic ... thanks guys... i have now gained a ton of respect for this forum |
