a mono amp will not sound right driving full range speakers. There's no L/R. Besides - a Visonik rated for 300w probably isn't capable of doing much for 3 speakers. On top of that, I wonder if that's 300w rms or peak.

you should tell us a budget and we are going to help you with more info.

Post the model of your sub, the voice coil configuration (is in the back of the magnet FYI) and the model of your door speakers.

Thanks

Your 10 ga wire would have been fine for that sub amp, but since you're adding the 2nd amp it's probably a good idea to go with 8 ga. With the ~100w from the sub amp, and what, 100 or 200 from your speaker amp?? 8 ga will be more than enough.

Here's a basic 8 ga kit that will have every thing you need to get from your battery to your d-block...

here's a cheap 2 way d-block...

From the d-block the 10 ga should be sufficient to run to the amps (as long as it's not more than a few feet), or you can use 8 if there's any left over.
You can ground them directly to the chassis.

You'll also need some fuses for the d-block...
