Besides - a Visonik rated for 300w probably isn't capable of doing much for 3 speakers. On top of that, I wonder if that's 300w rms or peak. |

Gold Member Username: N2audioLawrence, Ks USA Post Number: 1378 Registered: Mar-04 | Your 10 ga wire would have been fine for that sub amp, but since you're adding the 2nd amp it's probably a good idea to go with 8 ga. With the ~100w from the sub amp, and what, 100 or 200 from your speaker amp?? 8 ga will be more than enough. Here's a basic 8 ga kit that will have every thing you need to get from your battery to your d-block... http://sonicelectronix.com/item_6539_Nitro+BMW-KTX.html here's a cheap 2 way d-block... http://sonicelectronix.com/item_7762_Scosche+e2+EADB2.html From the d-block the 10 ga should be sufficient to run to the amps (as long as it's not more than a few feet), or you can use 8 if there's any left over. You can ground them directly to the chassis. You'll also need some fuses for the d-block... http://sonicelectronix.com/item_3400_X+Scorpion+SC-AGU30+5+Pack+of+30+Amp+AGU+Fu ses.html |
