Yup, tweeters are in the corner. There was a stock location there for them.

And the box is only 1.8 cubic feet. Small mustang trunks are hard to get big boxes into.

looks pretty clean, but i dont see why you wouldnt carpet the amp rack deal or atleast paint it since its supposedly a show car

I wanted to see how it all would look. But now that I like it, I will carpet it. I didn't want to carpet it first, if I didn't even know if I was going to keep it.

And show car? Not really, I demo it for people who are interested in some products, but they don't care much about looks. They usually just come to listen.

There won't be carpet on it anytime soon. I thought more about it, and may just leave it like that until my next setup.

I already have some ideas on what my next setup will be

Sooooo....This is a car that you or your store did?
My lord, I wouldnt call it a show ride thats for sure.
The install looks horrible, and the functionality looks sketchy as well.
Judging by the pictures, when the woofer is under full excursion, it will hit the crossover thats screwed down directly in front of it. Resulting in eminent failure for the woofer and possibly damaging the amplifier.

Not trying to be rude here but if your going to claim to be a store owner and have a screen name like "showrides", well I gotta tell ya, you need to step up your game.

Glad you like it Zac.

And of course the subwoofer doesn't hit the crossover lol. So no worries, there won't be any eminent failure.

My sn is showrides because that was my last websites domain name. Has nothing to do with my personal daily driver vehicle.

lol, well i like your attitude. you've got a laid back personality that takes criticism well. ;)
I'm glad it doesnt hit, pics can be deceiving.
One point i was trying to make was whether or not it
is a show vehicle or not you say you demo it. I'm guessing for potential customers, and maybe they dont care about so much about how it looks, but this is your demo vehicle, it should be outstanding to the not only the ear but the eye as well.

Well let me explain how I demo the vehicle.

1. Have potential customer sit in passengers seat.
2. Start car and start playing Akon, " I want to love you"
3. For the first 25 seconds tell him about my setup, and what i'm running.
4. At about 30 seconds in that song, the subwoofer kicks in and usually scares the potential customer greatly.
5. After almost wetting his pants, the potential customer usually takes out his wallet and becomes an actual customer.
6 After that I just show him the products so he can see what they look like.

That is usually how it goes down. Of course looks are important, but after hearing and seeing what it can do, they really aren't too concerned with my install. And everything I just said, was done with my old install which was just everything thrown in there. It is atleast clean now.

But to let you know, my next setup will be a lot different. I just don't have the time to do an install right now, and had to throw something quick together that would last me a little while until I did have time.

Next setup, I will have a single 12 or 15" sub firing into the cabin. The cabin will be 100% sealed off from the trunk. I will be running roughly 3000rms to the single sub. Not only will that setup be showcar worthy, but it will be the loudest setup I have ever owned. Everything is already in the works, and the equipment is picked out. Time is the only thing I need now lol.
