I have an Ultra Linear 1202 the claims 1x1200 @ 4ohm. This amp is 2ohm stable. I am going to buy a Kicker CVR15, but it comes in 2ohm and 4ohm. Which one should I get???

Yea the one sub will have 2 voice coils. So you will want a dual 4 ohm sub..a subwoofer that has (2) 4ohm voice coils..

shouldn't I get a dvc 2ohm sub, because each voice coil is 2ohm, which would equal a 4ohm load to my 2channel amp if I bridged it. My amp is 1200watts @ 4ohms Mono(bridged). My amp is only 2ohm STEREO stable.} If I have one 2ohm sub id bridge it @4ohms for a perfect 1200 watts. If I did what u say, wouldnt I only be able to wire the 4ohm sub down to 2ohm(which wouldnt be stable in mono) or wiring it up to 8ohm (which would be sh*ty). Maybe im wrong, but a 2ohm dvc sub would be my logical chioce. Look at option 2 in my attachment...thankyou for your time
