The product is a Pioneer DEH-P8600MP Single Disc Headunit.
The problem just recently occurred, it happens when I press the open/close button. I open the top of the head unit up to check it out. On the right side, there's 2 wheels. One black, one white. I can see that its a rotating problem, cause when its coming out, its fine, but when it closes, the white rotating wheel keeps on rotating for like another 2-3 seconds while the black one is in place, causing the headunit to make this rattling sound. Not sure what to do, as I know the problem but not the solution.
