Jump Started and recharged it but it reset my Radio. Called up the dealership and told them I have the serial, yet they only gave me two options: 1) Bring the car in for them to take the radio out and get the serial number from the back of the unit (which is ridiculous because I already have it by pressing the 1 and 6 button) and charge me 110 for labor. 2) Bring my RADIO unhooked to their parts/service department and pay $10 for them to look up my radio code. I can't just give them my code, they said I would need to bring my radio and show the serial number and proof and everything. I've already tried a few times and im worried I lock it completely if I keep getting it wrong. I've got a ccr600 radio which is working with the code but the changer must have a different code im guessing. If anyone could help me out with this it would be amazing!! Don't know whats needed but the radio (ccr600) has this number on it: GM060011381918 The cd changer(philips cdc3) has these on it: GMCDC311170172 BS060150170172 22DC075/75 No. 09 134 884 I haven't a clue if these are any help but hope they are.
