Setting my amplifier gain?

big harv Silver Member Username: Bigharv Post Number: 107 Registered: Jun-07	Posted on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 - 21:27 GMT If i upload a sine wave onto my ipod and play it through my head unit will that work fine for setting the gain or will the ipod distort the signal because it has its own amplification? its a direct RCA connection to the head unit
