Are these numbers decent enough to power 2 4ohm dvc Kicker Cvx 12s.

A two channel amp.

2 x 600 Watts RMS at 4 Ohms
2 x 1200 Watts Max at 4 Ohms
1 x 2400 Watts Max at 4 Ohms Bridged
2 x 1000 Watts at 2 Ohms RMS
Electronic Crossover Network
Bass Boost Circuit
Variable Phase Shift Control
2 Ohms Stereo Stable
Anti-Thump Turn-On
Soft Turn On/Off
High & Low Level Inputs
Blue Light Illuminated Crossover Control
Power & Protection LED Indicators
Advanced Protection Circuitry
Bass Boost Remote Control
T.H.D: 0.04%
S/N Ratio: 90dB
Channel Separation: 65dB
Frequency Response: 15Hz- 35kHz
Dimensions: 10.47"W x 2.46"H x 19"L

I didn't put the brand because i'm not interested in whether someone thinks it's crap and i should spend more. I'll upgrade the quality later.

That Lanzar 252 realistically pushes around 600RMS bridged @ 4 ohms so you're looking at 300 per sub. Not the worst amp in the world.... wire the subs like this and you'll be fine until you upgrade.

couldn't i just wire each sub parallel instead so each channel is seing a 2 om instead. Or would it just be better to get the more powerful lanzar. This one says 2 x 1000 rms @2ohms, now i know it won't put out quite that much, but couldn't i at least get 500 or so to each sub at 2ohm.

Bump. Also any suggestions for a future amp to power those 2 subs around the 300 - 350 range?.

The reason why I said to run it in mono is because that amp will not run two subs at 2ohms each. Lanzar is very vague about their specs and what they mean by 2 x 1000RMS @ 2ohms is the TOTAL load, 4ohms per side. Configuring it like I recommended above is your only option and it will sound fine until you upgrade.
