The 1200d is running @ 3 ohms 500-600 rms and the 4002 are running @ 4ohms @ 100rms per channel. I am running a total of approx 1000rms. |

The ebay alt looks like it should work, but ~1000w rms isn't a ton of power. The stock 80A alt may be sufficient if you're not the type of person that listens at full volume all the time. |

Initially I would hook up a DMM at the battery with the engine idling, play the system at different volumes, see what type of voltage you're running. Then turn on electrical accessories 1 by 1 and see how the voltage is effected. Rev the engine a little and see what that does. The only time you should see 12 ish is at idle, system loud, and about every driving accessory running. Other than that if you don't have 13+v you should probably look into an upgrade. |
