I have this Sub , And its DVC 2 ohm

And i know how 2 wire it , But it Wont work !!!!

I wired the Red to the + AMP
Black - from sub to the - AMP
Them Both RED & BLACK from sub Together .. But its working VERY VERY week . And if i turn the Valume UP the AMP shutts down .

The AMP is ALPINE MRD605 600w
The sub 300w

I droped the sub one time , IS it the Problem . ITs Not Working !!!!!!

From what you decribed you have it wired as shown below (series) which is the correct way for that Alpine amp because it puts out 300RMS @ 4 ohms or 600RMS @ 2 ohms but it is not 1 ohm stable which the sub would be if it were wired in parallel:

Verify that the subwoofer is ok using a 9 volt battery and test each coil individually to make sure that something didn't break loose when you dropped it or possibly one of the tinsel leads got snapped.

HOW CAN I TEST MY VOICE COILS ??
