Fi Q12 Setup

Im also looking for an amp for the sub...any suggestions? |

Gold Member Username: Nd4spd18Southeast PA Post Number: 3009 Registered: Jul-06 | ^^^^ you match the sub to the amplifier when you can, not the other way around. Choose an amp, if its 2 ohm stable you want the dual 1 sub, if its 1 ohm stable you want the dual 2 sub. |

Not only does a Q12 not need any more power than that, Orion doesn't make the 1200D anymore and if you are talking about the D1200, that amp only puts out 600RMS @ 1ohm and the Sundown SAZ1500 would be too much for your stock alt. Get the dual-2 Q12 and the 1000D and you're good to go. |
