I got a local comp. 2night. Dodge Neon dynamat throuout the trunk 2 Type R 12's dual 4ohm Hifonics bxi2006d Tcab flared port box no electrical upgrades...just a big ol' DieHard battery under the hood. seats on the neon fold down. also i think the box i tuned to about 34hz
well i'm going to record the whole event if all goes well. i hear a guy has 2 treo 18's in a nissan...and a guy in a 4runner has 4 type r 15's doing 150's. this is my first comp. so u know i'm excited. this will be the time i decide to go for more or...to quit.
i say around low 140s sorry dude but i dont think you will get much louder, and 4 15s only at 150s is kinda lame too.but just keep goin man, upgrade and dont stop competing you will gain a lot of tips and tricks along the way.
congratulations man.....I'd just like you to kno your now one of the elite, the very few...............................who actually got their box from Mark Potts :P
Not a bad score either...Mark was always good w/ Type R's when he did deliver.
yeah always play with the firing position of the subs. and in some instants if you flip polarity you gain almost up to a db. and adding more power is never a bad idea neither is adding batteries dont seal off the trunk from the cab you will lose a lot o spl that way. you ever had someone play with their seats up then flip them down? huge gain when thy are down
