I could get a used A6 for $350ish, or a new nine.1 for $350ish as well... so price isn't the problem.

I want to know if the A6 will produce better sound or anything? or does it really not matter

LOL there is no comparison between these two. The A6 is one of the best mono amps out there. If you can get one for $350 used, do it.

Fi Q15. They are pretty easy on your electrical even though they are class A/B because they have an overbuilt, very stable and efficient power supply which is a hallmark of DLS Audio. You should be fine on a stock alt if it is in the 110-120 amp ballpark unless you plan on cranking it at full volume all day.

Here are some caps of the A6. As you can see, they use very high quality parts inside and out.

I have a Ford Explorer- 130amps!
but if I plan on getting a 100-130wrms x2 two channelamp for components, how do you think those two amps would do on my alternator saying I do ONLY the big 3.

sweet it should actually be around 1100RMS but i'm guessing that won't make much of a difference.

what kind of wires did you get for the amp? any suggestions

Yep Stein and he is getting an IDMAX 12 to go with it. That is the start of a killer system right there.

As far as wiring goes, I am using Kicker Hyperflex 1 gauge to the battery with 4 gauge to the amps. I like it because it so flexible. For speakers I had some StraightWire 12 guage laying around so I used that.
