I want to run an amp to my door speakers. Im not sure how i should wire it. I have installed subs but never speakers in the door.
Do I cut the wires for the speaker at the Head unit wiring harness and then attach speaker wire to the cut end and run that to the amp?

Can be done like that, Kinda messy though.
Also you could just run wires into the door. I assume you will be changing out the stock drivers too. That way the original harness is there if you sell the car.
