Monday, June 04, 2007 - 04:00 GMT damn man, with that much money, get you some HD3's, or fully loaded BTL's and upgrade that electrical system, h/o alt, big 3, bigger batt, and dont fall short on the amp wiring kit, some overlook that and dont see it as being important at all, but if your gettin anything over 1000wrms, go with 1/0 gauge amp wiring kit from knukoncepts.com for only $60.00. Good luck man, sounds like you will have a killer system. If you have stock components, I would also recommend upgrading those. I had stock bose in my acura, and they were really rhaspy, so i threw in some alpine components and it has really enhanced my system a lot.

Monday, June 04, 2007 - 04:16 GMT youd be real happy with a 1000/1 and two w6's, people on here may suggest alot of other subs and amps, but the w6's are pretty damn hard to beat in SQ

As cal said, you really wont find a better sub when it comes to sq. Well put cal, and w6 ftw!

Monday, June 04, 2007 - 04:28 GMT head unit: Pioneer DEH-7800MP door speakers: (4)Eclipse SP5000 Subs: Rockford Fosgate PL1-210 amps: Rockford Fosgate Punch P200.2, JBL 120w x 4 thats about what i have now, and as you can see i really need to upgrade the subs and amps. and i would really like to stick with JL cause i have heard there stuff and my dad as some JL products and they blow me away. i have pretty much made up my mind that i either want a 13w7 or 2 12w6. but i just cant decide which way to go.

Monday, June 04, 2007 - 04:42 GMT they are the best sounding spl subs i've ever heard of. They really do excel in the sq area, but don't hold back when it comes to spl.

Monday, June 04, 2007 - 14:16 GMT Tyler, if you have the money, stick to JL or Zapco. As for the sub, before you get W6s, listen to 12W7 in a HO box first. It just might change your mind/preception.

Monday, June 04, 2007 - 16:23 GMT personally i'd look at the idmax. also one of the best sq subs you can buy with alot more output than the w6. but yeah, w6 owns the w7 imo also.
