You going to run a 2 subs to each amp (2ohm mono?) Those amps arent strappable. Also, that is way to much power for those subs, i'd hate to see you fry'em. I wouldnt recommend more than 500rms each, and that would be for a mature listener.
Are you just going to be burping these with this power? If so I'm curious to see how they hold up, I'm sure they'll fair well mechanically, thermally however it'll be close. Excited to hear your results.
As for a box size?, what car are you looking to build for, will you be looking to do a number on the dash or in the kick?
x2 to zac's post, thats way to much power for those, i'd go with the 1500 serires if your gonna run that much power, as for a box we need to know the dimensions of your vehicle we can't just guess in the dark, but my guesstimate would be around 8-10cf tuned to 40hz. you better have a chargin system to like what rob said, those 2500.1 put out close to 3000wrms each so you'll be running around 6000wrms that equals a huge alt and a bunch of batterys to feed those beasts.
I heard 1000 series can take over 1000w ,And the car is Mitsubishi Bajiro .
I'm thinking about 7cuft
I do have a big space So don't worry about Space .
I have 300A HO ALT , 4x 2400 KK Battery .
I think thats Enough > What do u think ?
Its my first time to do SPL box , And 4sub's
So i don't know what to do ?
We will have the first competition in our Country and i'm the only one who is going 2 use DD . They Does n't know anything about Digital Design .. They just know about Pioneer , JBL , Kicker , Sony (bla bla) , Kenwood ..
So i wanna Show them WHATS THE REAL DD .
Any idea will be welcomed .
I'm the DD dealer in JORDAN . And i can use 9500 series , But i want to be simple by 4x 1010 ..
Well you should be fine running those amps off of that charging system Go with DD 3510s,they should be fine with handling that kind of power.Oh and although you have 4 batts and a 300 amp alternator be sure to watch your voltage level after several burps.
If you're planning on running the 1000 series just make sure to test some back up subs so that way you can see the limits of the woofer. If you go to a show and you blow up your subs people will see that and it will actually steer them away IMO from the subs, even if you are clearly over-powering them, especially if you're trying to impress everyone.
For a DD dealer I would think you'd know there is no such model as 1000. The 1000 series was replaced by the 1500 series. While they share the same soft parts, the motor is now double stacked with a flat backplate instead of the single stack with extended bump plate.
Again, they handle the same power.
In addition, those subs won't even hold a single burp with that kind of power.
