First, what is the correct amp fuse to use on the 225g4? 30 or 20? In the manual it lists both on different pages.
Second,i just to the bottom off to see the insides and on the bored there was some white out so i scraped it off and under it it said made in korea. I thought the g4s were made in the usa,it even says so on the side of the amp. So im confused about that. Im the second owner of the amp and as far as i no it hasnt been refubished or anything like that. Any idea why it says made in Korea?
Looks like the amp was repaired recently. The originals were made in US. As you recall, the company was sold. The late 2nd or 3rd generations were made in Korea. Still lot better than, let's say if it were made else where, such as India/China. You can use 20A fuse. However, if you'll be operating at .5ohms, then 30A will be better. My 250G4 & 275G4s have similar fuse ratings. One's the standard, and the other one for heavy duty use.
