TCAB problem

Gold Member Username: OlegSanta Monica, CA USA Post Number: 1370 Registered: Nov-04 | So I ordered a box from Mark Potts at TCAB on March 15, by which I mean I paid for it that day. He told me it takes 2-3 weeks to have the box at my door. I've given it a month and a half before getting concerned. I'm starting to get really concerned about this now. Last response I received from him was May 10 saying he'll be able to get the box out that weekend. It's now almost 2 weeks later and 11 weeks total, I'm out of $260 with no box. I've been trying to reach him for past 10 days by phone and email, he's not responded or returned my calls. Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do in this case so I don't end up being ripped off? Thanks. |

At this point, if it takes another couple of months to get it...I have no other choice but to wait because I doubt he'll just refund my money even though that's the right thing to do because I'm not getting my product within the time frame as described. I'm mostly concerned about it not being a situation where someone took my money and just decided to 100% screw me over. |

It's past the point of you getting your box now. It's been over two months; it's no longer a search and rescue, it's a casualty count. At this point, do whatever you can to get your money back. Contact your credit card company and the google service you used to pay. Contact the police in his area or BBB. Mark has a history of this kind of fraud, you need to do something about it while there is still a chance to get your money back. |

Post Number: 2780 Registered: Jul-06 | Well,I thought last time Mark was just doing too much so he wasn't responding to people but if you go on his forums people are posting on there about not having their boxes either.I've always say good things about the quality of TCAB boxes but Oleg,this being the second time Mark Potts has done this...forget about getting your box.Mark just came on here to buy himself some time but continue with whatever you need to do to get your money back.He logged into the TCAB forums obviously to read what people were saying but posted nothing to reply what the status of people's boxes were.Whatever "setback" he went through there's no reason he hasn't and still doesn't respond to people.I'll never say another good thing about TCAB aside from buying a TCAB box is a good way to get nothing for something. |
