Tuesday, May 22, 2007 - 11:55 GMT Hey guy's I'm wondering if there is a program you can use to fix mp3 files give them more kbps, sometimes when i download some music some come with low kbps is there a way to give them more quality? so when you burn them on CD they have better quality, anyways thanks.

Wednesday, May 23, 2007 - 19:15 GMT Garbage in, garbage out. Its that simple. No way to magically increase quality. LAME is an MP3 encoder that encodes (compresses) uncompressed audio to MP3 format.
