I'm torn between these choices for car audio...

#1. one Fi Q15 w/ Kicker ZX1000.1

#2. two IDQ12 w/ Kicker ZX1000.1

or save some money for a front stage and get

#3. Fi SSD15 w/ Kicker ZX750.1 + one set of components w/ amp.

--- set of components to choose from---
crystal SSCS-5
diamond audio HEX
infinity kappa perfect 5.1

give some feedback on what you would do or recommend.

I would do #1, and then save up for components and a amp. I rather get what I want one by one rather than settle for less but get more.

I couldn't really tell you. I'm not experienced with those subs. Although most of this forum would probaly say the Fi Q. I like ID's subs. Both are good companies. Maybe check out some vids on ROE or youtube. www.realmofexcursion.com

the best way to do a REAL system in my opinion is..
1.Aftermarket HU
2.Components and Amp(s)
3.Electrical upgrade
4.Sub(s) and amp(s)
5.Eqs/active crossovers...ect

unfortionently most people only do subs and amps...which in reality just makes everything sound bad. you need the speakers to keep up with the bass. do it, youll be amazed.

yeah for sure i'm going get a HU, pioneer premier 880PRS, just waiting to be installed...

but I wanted to see if the stock speakers could keep up with the sub, and if they couldn't I would then upgrade the speakers... i just miss having bass in my car since my last car was totalled.

the Crystal SSCS-5 actually didn't exist... is the Crystal CSC-50s still comparable?

which is the best 5.25" component speaker out of these:

Rainbow Sound Line SLC 230 - $250
Rainbow Dream Line SLX 230 - $200
Crystal CSC-50s - $120
CDT Classic CL-52 - $240
Infinity Perfect 5.1 - $250
Diamond Audio HEX S500s - $310

if diamond audio hex is best, which would come in second?

AND is the Elemental Designs nine.2 or nine.2x better than the kicker zx450.2?
