I have 2 Kicker Comp VR 10" at 2 Ohms. (these are dual coil subs)
I have a Pioneer PRS-X320 2 channel amp. (50w x 2 at 4 ohms.. 200w x 1 [bridged] at 4 ohms as well(not sure how that is but thats straight off of the amp??)
Anyways -- I will be building my box as for the box i had the holes were cut out too big. but the question is - A) how should i wire the subs so as not to blow the amp and still get decent sound.. B) should I build an enclosure with two separate spaces for the subs or can they be all in one? C) should i scrap the amp and wait and save for a bigger and better one?
If you can sell the amp do it.Get your self a nice D class amp and you'll be better off.The amp you have right now won't really push two of those subs.
Obviously it would be one enclosure but you have a choice between common chamber and divided chambers. I'm not an enclosure expert so I'll let someone else discuss the pros ans cons of each.......
