Silver Member Username: SkiesCourtenay, British Colu... Canada Post Number: 735 Registered: Aug-05 | Which components would be better? I can get them for about the same price, which would be louder, not looking for the best SQ, mainly midbass. I hear/see nothing but good things from both products. Speaker forum takes too long, sorry. |

Mpyre only uses a motor technology that is patented by Adire called XBL². Adire has merged with a company called Hemp Acoustics from Canada and they are releasing the new Tsuzureko 25" subwoofer using the XBL² motor that is rumored to have a resonant frequency of 19hz and one-way linear Xmax of 33mm. |

Silver Member Username: SkiesCourtenay, British Colu... Canada Post Number: 742 Registered: Aug-05 | I haven't found a reliable seller of the SSCS6's as of yet, still desperately looking. The Mpyre's I can get from a Canadian dealer so I'm wanting to go with those, gonna email right now to see if it is on back order though. Thanks Brad, that Tsuzereko sounds insane! Been way too long since Adire has been in the scene, should make a big impact. |

The tweeters for the 652C's are still not available. You can buy the 65M (the midbass portion of the component set) if you'd like, but no one has a clue what is going on with the 652C's right now. Nathan (owner of Mpyre) began taking preorders near the end of January 2006. It is now midway through May 2007 and there hasn't been a single set of 652C's received. The 65X, their high excursion 6.5" offering, seemed to have great potential, but many people have had issues with breakage during shipment and mounting. Could be quite an uphill battle if you were wanting to wait for the 652C's. Neil |

Silver Member Username: SkiesCourtenay, British Colu... Canada Post Number: 743 Registered: Aug-05 | Crystals are also on backorder, but thank you Twizted. Is there any decent component set around $150-$200USD in stock? I mean D@MN. Thanks hXc, I emailed Bob and got pretty much exactly what you said. I'm almost ready to rule out the 652c's, that is a long @ss wait time! They have mid's and crossovers but are expecting still a few weeks wait for tweeters. |
