Did you set all your amp settings right. subsonic filter on @ #hz your box is tuned to. Low pass 80 or so. Set your gain right. Umm. I'll let somebody else chime in.

like berny said. and about the dmm, each channel gives same voltage so when you set one you set both. same thing goes for 4 channel amp.

29.7 is what you are aiming for on your dmm. if it was me i would run just one sub if it is capable of the 800 rms or so

silicone glue would be fine i do beleive for that.

but i have to wire each sub to its own channel so therefor would i use the 370 @4 ohms...this is how someone told me to do it...cuz a dual 2ohm sub need to be wired to 4ohms.

You are correct phillp. Wire it to its own channel @ 4ohms is the best you can do. If you were to wire them together bridged.

This is your amp, but a older version, might be a better model to, but its nearly identical just older I believe.

38.5volts is what you want. Measure it on one channel, not bridged, if you know what I mean.

Level = gain, use DMM
bass boost @ 0dB, if you reallyed wanted to use it, adjust it between 0dB - 6dB max.
HLF = don't use
x-over = LPF
LPF = 80hz
I don't see a subsonic filter.
