Gold Member Username: Extrmndor3IF U HEAR ME... crazydbs.com Post Number: 4710 Registered: Feb-06 | red tops have higher crackign amps... but as ur using the current from the battery the cracking amps go down.. like the cracking amps of the red top i have its 1000 amps at 5 seconds after the 5 seconds then its about 700 amps at 5 seconds then 600 till it reaches tis normal operation that can go flat till it goes death..... the yellow can take more time to lower its crackign amps... thats why in the manual of the optimas says its better for extreme applications or car audio.. the red top its better for starting... |
