Gold Member Username: Matt12490California USA Post Number: 2266 Registered: May-05 | With two gauge, you should be fine up to ~1800 watts of a system. I am going to have 1500rms on mine, but only use 4 gauge for the big three. |

Gold Member Username: Denali_on_22sHit you in the chest m... Post Number: 2166 Registered: Feb-06 | i bought it because i had an appointment to get my alt installed... then after i bought the sh!t they told me they couldn't do it... i was pissed... then i looked at the reciept for the 2 awg and it said no returns... then i was irate.. you think the 2 gauge will be alright for big three though, rob? |

Silver Member Username: ClouduzPost Number: 179 Registered: Jun-06 | try kunconceptz.com oversized wire at a good price i just ordered some like 2 weeks ago one word...THICK! i got the one that's like 2/0g it was a=like 3.25 a foot i think? |
Gold Member Username: Snarl2004Audioque 12 SD2.5s, Earthquake P... Post Number: 1028 Registered: Dec-06 | thats a good company. just ordered 10ft of 1/0 gauge and 25ft of 10gauge fast turn around and shipping ^^^^for all of it i payed 45shipped |
Gold Member Username: AdddisorderWest palm, Florida Post Number: 4121 Registered: Jan-06 | yeah they are the cheapest. and reece depending on your voltage drop you might need to make the + on the big three 0guage but the 2g ground will be fine |
Gold Member Username: Denali_on_22sHit you in the chest m... Post Number: 2187 Registered: Feb-06 | you mean the alt to the +? i figured the 2g ground will be straight... I'll prolly order some knukonceptz tomorrow... you think i should just be safe a get 20 feet? that should cover it shouldnt it? |

Gold Member Username: BernymacCambodian Post Number: 2550 Registered: Sep-04 | It was about 15ft for me to run 0 awg from front to back of my yukon. And I ran that under the car and it came up under the 2nd row seating. I would do 20-25ft to play it safe. If your Denali is a 2000 and under its about the same as mines. So 5ft for the big 3 is enough. |

Knukonceptz doesn't make a 2/0 wire.Their Kolossus Kable(1/0) is their biggest,it's what I run and I've seen thicker |
Gold Member Username: AdddisorderWest palm, Florida Post Number: 4126 Registered: Jan-06 | yeah the alt to the batt+ might need upgrading but the grounds will be fine because the cars chassis is only the equivalent to about 4g anyway |
Gold Member Username: Denali_on_22sHit you in the chest m... Post Number: 2193 Registered: Feb-06 | my denali is 04 so it's prolly a different drive train, but i'll go with 20 feet... thanks for the help boys |

Silver Member Username: KickermanPost Number: 136 Registered: May-06 | "rob... dude was saying it was equivelent to 2/0" 2/0 is actually smaller than 1/0 now if you were talking about 00 that would be something diffrent |

Im suprised 4 gauge is sufficient enough for 1500rms! I thought 4 gauge on 1000+ watts was pushin it to the limmit. |
