Hi there, I have a clarion DXZ 775USB head unit. With RCA cable hooked up into an amp for front speaker only, and rear speaker out from head unit. I realize the front speaker volume is smaller than the rear speaker, so I increase the amp sensitivity till the front is loud than the rear.

After complicated, not user friendly sound control system (for me), finally I reached something like 'loud' effect on pioneer or 'X-bass' effect on blaupunkt, which didn't have it on this model, and wtf !! I lost almost all sound on rear speaker. my rear speaker start acting like woofer?!? only low freq out from it and I can't find any reason why

Please help ~!

usaka,

thanks for your help, but if you're talking about a function call magna bass extend, there's no such function to choose in this player? or i miss somewhere??

The system I am choosing is normal speaker system, because only this will cover full range output in gray RCA to the amp i have for front. No sub using and connect the rear directly to my head unit.

Any clue?

Thanks for your reply usaka,

My balance and fade is '0' which is center. And there's no low pass since I off the sub woofer function. For high pass I set to off as well for full range output.
The rear speaker will act normal if I set my system to 2way or 3 way. But the front will only receive high freq. Which is correct to the manual book.
But once I set it to normal system the rear start act strange where the front have full range. Still wondering why..?
