Wednesday, April 18, 2007 - 15:51 GMT i saw this guy using a screw that countersinks it self. can't seem to find those at home depot though. but to answer your question, determine what size head the screws are and choose a drill bit accordingly.

Wednesday, April 18, 2007 - 17:18 GMT ^^^Both are well known methods. I have use a larger drill bit and turned it with my hand to create a countersink.This is what Chad Lee is talking about. There are also drill bits that will drill a hole and countersink the top of the hole at the same time. This is what Rob was talking about.
