What kind of subwoofer should I get?

My audio system so far consists of a Pioneer head unit, Infinity Reference component speakers in front and Infinity Reference 2 way's in the back. Those are powered be a kenwood 4 channel 400w amp. I am looking for a good sub system (sub + an amp) to compliment what I have. I want it to have some kick, but it doesn't have to be so loud that it shatters my back windshield. Anyone have any ideas?

With the flatwind it will be able to take 1200 watts. Do you have a stock alternator?

If you dont want to upgrade your alternator then get the dual 1 ohm sub then you can wire it to 2 ohms to get 900 watts.

You don't need a cap... Doesn't really do much...
