I have never used a Dewalt table saw, but I have always used Dewalt for all other tools. They are AWESOME. I would recommend them...

I hate to say it but the Harbor Freight saw I have had for 10 years has been great. Havent had any issues with it and we have definitely cut some wood on that one ;) Decent amount larger than the other table units (floor stander) and we simply built it into a full table to run full sheets of MDF through with one person. About $279 if I remember correctly. Last time I was wandering through I saw the same table there...

Thanks,
Scott

Looked more like that one, but it had a cast iron top and is belt driven. It has been a very solid table. Heck we cut 6 years worth of crates for RE subs and OEM alike with that table, not too mention countless boxes (and I had it for a couple years beofore its tour of duty as the RE shop saw).
HF is like 1/2 mile from the shop... Ill head over there tomorrow and look for the model number.

Thanks...
Scott

Craftsman for me as well. Been a Harbor freight lover for quite some time. I use their 18v cordless drills alot. I mean, alot. $20 new. Can't beat the prices.
