My headunit whines horribly and everything is setup right. What is the step by step instructions u keep telling every1 about grounding it through the RCA cables?

Take a piece of wire and connect one end to the outer ring part of the RCA connector, and connect the other end to the metal case of the HU. Do that for both RCA connectors.

Considering that my RCAs arent even connected to the chassis. Do I need to keep my ground from the car to the back of the HU?

That circuit is what burns out and causes the noise problem. " Do I need to keep my ground from the car to the back of the HU? " Umm yeah, you're HU ain't gonna work if it's not grounded.
