Just got 'um in today! They sound unbelieveable!

The speakers are Hertz/Audison audio Hi-energy 3ways with the dual 6.5" (2 6.5"s, 1 3", 1 tweet). The amps are 2 Elemental Designs Nine.2xs (200x2 @4ohm). All joking aside they scream and the SQ is amazing.

Heres a few pics...I'll take more tomorrow.

thanks guys. yes rovin they took a very very long time to make. many unneed hours but we didnt want to take any short cuts. there almost 100% fiberglass, the only things not is the wood cutout and the metal spacers we used inside to make sure it was sturdy. there also bolted to the doors, not just the panels like some people do.

Nice work, that looks similar to what I'm planning to do on my truck, except I'll be making MDF enclosures covered with carpet.

One question though: Do they get in the way of your legs/feet at all? They look like the stick out pretty far.

once again thanks guys. M.S., no they do not at all. we cut out a hump that used to be there that you could store stuff in, but i never used it anyways because it would just raddle like crazy. so its about the same amount of room as stock.

The main issue is the money that I would need to have to get the equipment to be able to do something like that. Maybe one day.

yeah, that wouldnt have been a bad idea mat. im thinking about making the same thing in the back but doing a single 8" midbass on eachside just for a little more bass/fill. i really dont need it right now but well see what happens.

Awesome. Too bad you have to downsize, but you'll enjoy college. I'm a freshman right now. Where are you going BTW?
