Need help. Amp & sub install in an 06 Mustang

I need to know the best way to get a source signal from the factory head unit. Equipment being used: -Ford factory Shaker 500 system -Fosgate Power 1000a2 amp -x2 Fosgate Power Series DVC 12's Also, has anyone done this in the new Mustang yet? Any good results?
