Thursday, March 29, 2007 - 02:03 GMT well i finally got a new car, well me and mom just traded lol but its still new to me, its a 02 trailblazer ltz, ill get pics tomorrow, but i got big plans for it, lots of room in the back and everything. anyway to my question it had a 140 amp alt, how mnay watts could i run safely on this?

Thursday, March 29, 2007 - 02:28 GMT Safely, maybe 400 - 500. Your vehicle's alternator was only made to run stock electronics, with some headroom. Not to say you couldn't get ~1400 watts out of it before frying alternator, or battery within a few months. Spend the money
