I have these box specifications that are good for my car.

15" Fi Q

Width: 39"
Height: 16.5"
Length: 14.5"

I dont know anything about tuning but i am guessing 33hz?

Can someone find the length of wood and port area.. some type of visual so i can build the box myself? Id appretiate it

http://subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp?Ew=35&Eh=16.5&Dia=9&Xmax=27&Vd=.1 9&NumW=1&Vb=4&Fb=33&Qts=&Vas=&Fs=&CE=0

that is the best that i came up with that calcilator (i dont like it anymore...)

but, with tose measurments the boix without the slot port, will give you 4.23cuft (using 3/4 mdf); less driver displacement 4.04, and the you can put a circluar port (pvc tube) 4" wide and 4.8" lenght inside the box, and will give you around 4cuft
hope that helps and dont get you confuse lol.

Ok how do people calculate their ports because I have gone to multiple sites and I never get the same port size twice. What is THE RIGHT way to calculate it?
