Subs bump when i turn my truck off..

Try getting a better HU i know alot of those have the feature in the RCA outputs so if the amp doesnt have it im pretty sure atleast.. now i only have the problem of the distortion in my mids\high(fuzzy noise) when my earthquake amp turns on.... i have to ground my RCA on the mid\high's amp to get rid of it >.<
