ok so we have an eclipse cd4000 installed in my moms ford windstar. so when i drive over speed bumps the radio cuts off and yesterday i drove over a big speed bump and the radio just doesnt work anymore... so im thinking its the ground wire anyone have any idea what it could be?
Run a new ground wire, don't just use the one on the wire harness, and see if that fixes it. It is probably grounding through the metal chassis of the HU.
