Silver Member Username: Smoke05Tucson, Arizona U.S. Post Number: 115 Registered: Jan-07 | ^^^^ sorry for the multiple posts also what is the price range for the TCABs? |
Silver Member Username: Nd4spd18Southeast PA Post Number: 581 Registered: Jul-06 | Agreed with everyone else, go with the first setup. The price on TCAB boxes, not cheap lets put it that way. But good quality construction. Go to Mark's website and get a quote: http://www.thecaraudiobox.com/ |
Silver Member Username: Smoke05Tucson, Arizona U.S. Post Number: 118 Registered: Jan-07 | I just measured my car and i don't think he can do much... all I'm willing to loose is 17"Dx40"Dx16"H because i need to use my trunk in a daily basis. i would either ask my friend to o one or buy a prefab one. also should i go with the MB quarts or the Infinity Kappa? |
Silver Member Username: Smoke05Tucson, Arizona U.S. Post Number: 122 Registered: Jan-07 | didnt bump |
Gold Member Username: CtmikeCt. Post Number: 3463 Registered: Feb-06 | don't buy a prefab they suck. and if getting one made give each sub about 1.75-2cuft each and tune somewhere between 32-35hz. |
Silver Member Username: Smoke05Tucson, Arizona U.S. Post Number: 124 Registered: Jan-07 | and what about speakers? i saw some focals on my price range but they are only 60w rms. BTW my price range for speakers 6.5 is $200 |
Silver Member Username: Nd4spd18Southeast PA Post Number: 611 Registered: Jul-06 | Focal speakers are good. And with only 1200 watts on the subs, those speakers should be enough. |
Silver Member Username: Smoke05Tucson, Arizona U.S. Post Number: 126 Registered: Jan-07 | ^ i was told that with those subs and that wattage going i should look to some speakers that do at least 100 watts rms... |
Silver Member Username: Nd4spd18Southeast PA Post Number: 616 Registered: Jul-06 | They should be enough if they are fairly efficient speakers |
