Thursday, February 22, 2007 - 20:25 GMT Alright, well i got my BL 15 installed in the box. Hooked it up to my SX1250.1 and then found out the the amp was DOA. I had a RF Power 300.2 that puts out 848X1 at 1ohm. I wired the D2 ohm woofer ++ -- to give the amp a 1ohm load. After everything was hooked up i could not even hear the sub. I know that 800rms is very little for the sub but it should at least move somewhat. Could not even tell it was even receiving power until you put your hand on the cone and feel the slightest vibration. What could be wrong??

Friday, February 23, 2007 - 01:55 GMT just connect each coil to each channel of that amp and see if you get some movement.

Friday, February 23, 2007 - 02:09 GMT sounds like you wired the coils out of phase. the sub will move with 1 watt and even less... how do you think they get the SPL rating @ 1 watt - lol.
