im planning to buy 2 alpine type r 12" 500rms, as many of you already know, my question here is. can i go above the rms without hurting the subs? i here this subs can go above that easly is it true? thanks.

yeah youll be fine ive heard their fine thermally up too 1500 watts, im sure mark potts would know hes worked with type R's extensively
