Unless you raise the truck a good amount and do some trimming in the inner fender wells. Also with the right backspaced and width wheel with the right size side wall tire, I coud get 24's on there.
yea i got the same car and year except its a laredo, it got 22's on it right now, i already feel everything on the road anything bigger just throw ride comfort out the window, for a SUV jeeps kinda suck on the overall tire diameter space (at least in the front) compared to other suv's
oh yea about your original question, u can probably fit 24's if u keep the tire diameter to 30" or you'll b rubbin, and last time i checked rubberbands are expensive
